Our sizing decks enable the processor to grade kernels by size. The screens are easily removable to allow for crop years with a high number of large kernels, or years high in small kernels. By shifting the screens around, the processor can adjust sizes as needed. Our sizers can be configured to make six sizes plus an “overs." If you are a smaller handler we can set up a single deck that provides three sizes plus an overs. Depending on configuration, your throughput can be from 8,000 pounds per hour, to over 24,000 lbs per hour.
